Summer Weight Schedule

Summer Schedule

 

Text Box: Open to any incoming 7-12 grade student-athlete at Scribner-Snyder

Each athlete will need to sign up for a time slot and then continue to use that time slot for the duration of the Summer;
1: 6:00-7:30 am
2: 7:30-9:00 am

Time slots may be switched with advanced notice and permission from the coach.

**There are a few dates that I have a conflict and will not have a morning session. Weights will be open from 6:00-7:00am only, due to Coaches Clinic

**Weight room is closed during the 4th of July

High School should plan to lift at least 4 days per week, 5 is better.

JH should plan to lift 3 days per week
Each High School student-athlete should plan to attend both of the days scheduled during their time slot, to get a baseline. After baseline testing, they will learn the program and techniques they will be working over the summer. JH Does not Attend Week 1: Learning

          -Monday 6/23 – Wednesday 6/27

          -Monday 6/30– Thursday 7/3 (Closed 4th of July)

Week 7: (5)

          -Monday 7/7 – Friday 7/11

Week 8: (5)

          -Monday 7/14 – Friday 7/18

Week 9: (5)

          -Monday 7/21 – Friday 7/25

**Tuesday 7/22 & Wednesday 7/23 6:00-7:00

Week 10: (4)

          -Monday 7/28 – Thursday 7/31

          -Last Day, Breakfast Served.

Athletes must attend at least 30 out of 41 days to earn Trojan Strength honors (25 for JH), a T-Shirt, their picture in the newspaper and on the school website. A Perfect Attendance Award will be given to any athlete attending all 41 days.

 

A schedule will be posted in the west window of the weight room. If the schedule changes, I will provide as much advance notice as I can to athletes.
