FCCLA still needs workers for the first shift of the blood drive on Monday. We need at least two more people to sign up for treats that day as well.

Off campus lunch will be Friday for those who earned that right since the weather will be nice. You get to leave at 12:30. Please remember that you need to be back at school by 1:45.

The following seniors still need to get a baby picture and a senior picture to Mrs. Schafer for the graduation video:  Joel, Eli, Brennan, Devon, Trent.

Seniors: You are reminded to get a 5x7 senior photo to the office for the senior corner are prom.  The only photos I have for the prom corner are from Jake, Kyrian, April, Logan, Donika & Garrett. Also remember to turn in your RSVP’s for prom. NO late RSVP’s will be accepted this year!!

Congratulations to Kaydi for earning 5th place and Aydia for placing 4th at District Speech yesterday in Wayne.

FCCLA members please sign up to bring a food item to share at the blood drive, a time slot to help at the drive, and if you are planning to egg yards on the evening of April 4th. 

Jr. Class officers will need to come to the office at 2 p.m. today for a picture. They will return to class immediately after the photo.

Reminder: JH Track practice starts today during 8th period. Report to Mr. Kowalski’s room. Please make sure you have appropriate attire for practice.

All 9-12 graders should have received a Post Prom Packet from Mrs. Stewart. If you have received one, find Mrs. Stewart. Those packets are due back by April 10th but she would like them as soon as possible to gather t-shirt sizes. As a reminder, if you do NOT attend Post Prom, you do NOT receive a prize and if you don’t attend the dance, you can NOT attend Post Prom. Any questions, come to the office.

Reminder: Quarter 3 ends on Thursday. No assignments will carry over. Please check with your teachers to make sure you have all of your assignments turned in.

Quiz bowl team members will leave tomorrow morning for the ESU at 7:55 a.m.

If any girl in grades 6-11 are interested in participating in a Doubles VB league at Logan View on Sundays, starting March 29th and ending May 10th, scan the QR code on the flyer on the bulletin board outside the office.

Congratulations to Aydia for receiving 6th place at the speech meet in Logan View.

There will be an FFA meeting tomorrow morning in the media center to discuss details for the BBQ/Auction.

The City of Scribner is now taking applications for Pool Manager, Assistant Pool Manager and Lifeguards for the 2026 Pool season.  Applications are available at the City Office Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm and online at scribner-ne.gov and will be accepted until March 31, 2026.

Wendi from Smeals will be here tomorrow to talk about apprenticeship/internship opportunities. If there are any sophomores or juniors who would be interested in hearing about those opportunities, you need to let Miss Autumn know by the end of the day. It will be during 5th period tomorrow.

Dean Jacobs will be here today and will eat lunch with the upstanders today. Those students will need to go grab their to-go lunch box at 12:25 and report back to Mr. McDuffee’s room.

Students and staff: Please make sure you are parking so that we get the most out of our parking lot. We cannot have big spaces left between spots or have people parking wherever in order to accommodate all the cars during construction.

Snack and Dash today is lemon bread and applesauce oatmeal cookies.

8th Period Strength & Conditioning students should report to Mr. Ruzicka’s room.

The Coast Guard will be here today for JAG students at 11:45 a.m.

Thank you for participating in FFA Week with us! There will be brownie sundaes 6th Period in the Ag Room for all 6-12 students and staff.  The owl seemed to be very illusive this week, be on the lookout for it hidden around the school next week! If you find it, bring it to the Ag Room for a prize!

Tomorrow’s FFA Dress Up day is Red vs Green. Drive your farm equipment or Ugly car to school day. Friday is Party in the USA with teacher breakfast and snack attack for all teachers & students 6-12 after lunch in the Ag Room.

Anyone wanting to do cheer and dance this fall should plan to attend another meeting during Trojan Time on tomorrow morning.

Any junior or senior who is interested in applying for the Student Advisor Committee through the NSAA, should she Shelly in the office.

If anyone who did not receive a class composite for your class would like one, there are a few extras from each class in the office. They will be available on a First come/First serve basis.

In order to travel on the bus, students will need to pick up and complete a yellow sheet by Thursday morning at 8 a.m. No late papers will be accepted. All expenses will be your responsibility. Admission is $10.00 for adults and $7.00 for students. Fans are reminded to stay off the course and away from the warm-up and competition areas. Footballs, frisbees and other items that interfere with the athletes’ warm-up or competition are prohibited and will be confiscated. The bus will leave around 8:15 Friday morning and will return after she runs. We will stop for lunch before coming home.
